I'm a Micfo Customer - It's official :)
Hello,
Well-It's official-I signed up with Micfo, and took a leap and went with the 2 year deal-so it looks like I'm going to be here for a while! Anyway, Setup was lighting fast-I got my email right away, and I was able to access my account no problems. Checked out some of the online knowledge base articles, and was able to get a few small newbie questions answered just by perusing the available documentation. I'm looking forward to contributing to, and getting to know the community here at this forum. Sue |

Thanks for the welcome, and the confirmation that I went with the right host. It's a crowded market as far as hosting companies-and I spent quite some time comparing and contrasting plans with different hosts. This host "won" my business because it was a good value for my money, and the pre-sales contact was excellent. Also-the general "impression" I received of the Owners, and their apparent committment to: customer service, tech support, and infrastructure, made me fel comfortable enough to sign up for a long term plan with this company. Of course-reading in the forum about the site that is hosted here that managed to survive a slash-dotting was kind of the "icing on the cake"....

Thanks for the Welcome everyone. The beauty of a clients forum, is as you pointed out Thomas, that often times basic questions can be answered, without bothering tech support. Hopefully in the not too distant future, once I get used to all the "tools", I will be answering questions, rather than asking them.
I was impressed to see Amir lurking and posting in the forum-The "message" that sent to me was this was a business owner who wanted to stay as aware as possible of the goings on of his company. |
