Unable to lodge support ticket

I lodged a support ticket twice today via the new support page with the same result:

I get a message that the ticket has been submitted, but do not get an email of acknowledgment (however that last bit can be explained by the fact that the ticket is about dodgy email).

Getting back an hour or two later I find that I have no open support ticket. I am reluctant to phone from Australia. Could someone at Micfo check the support ticket system?

Correction

I have now changed my email in my account details to an address that is not dependent on the Micfo server so as to be able to receive email communication from support if any was sent.

I have now received two emails from support, so even though the support page still does not show my tickets, at least I have now some means of communication and I'll take it from there.

Might I also suggest using live support chat to get support. I find this channel to be the best first line if getting a problem solved. 95% of the time, I log into the chat, explain my problem to the support tech online and withing 5-15 min it is fixed. There have been a few times it was a problem they could not handle and was told then to submit a ticket via the ticket system... Hope this helps and you get your issues resolved quickly.

Thanks GhostRider2110, Micfo-Brad, I have found out that you can email directly to support@micfo.com, and as long as you mention your account and user name, they'll open a ticket for you.

Following this initial contact we have been able to restore my access to the support tickets on micfo.com web page, so all is now good again.

I'll have to get equipped for live chat for the future. With regards to telephone support I am not sure how practical that is as I am quite far from the US (in Australia). Also I had to provide copies of error messages, email headers, etc... hard to do by telephone.
