Trouble accesing france.micfo.com

Hi there, im having problems accesing France server. I'm not getting response from it if i try to connnect from the office.
I tried a tracert and at some point it stops responding.

The problem is active for at least a week.

Hello,

Please let us know your local machine's Ip so that we can check if it's blocked in the server firewall. You can check your local machine's Ip at What Is My IP Address? - IP Address Lookup, Internet Speed Test, IP Info, plus more

You can even drop and email at support[@]micfo.com or visit our Live Chat support.

Can you please check and verify if it is working for you now , if you still having problem connecting to the server then please provide us the local machine IP via ticket to help desk so that we will investigate further.
