My login doesn't work

I requested my login email and password to be emailed to me and I received the email no problem. However when I use the exact info I received, the login doesn't work. I am apparently able to login through Micfo International LLC - Support but when I get to the support ticket area it says my login failed and the ticket didn't show up in my history.

Also, I got no emails on the sacramento move, which leads me to believe that somewhere my old email address is being stored.

And the "submit ticket" link in the ticket history page, does NOT go to any type of ticket submission form.

Hello,

Our billing software : Whmcs and help desk (support tickets ) are not integrated with each other.

Please register your account using the url : Micfo Helpdesk :: Support Center
so that you can open and view your support tickets by log in into your help desk account

I've done that but still haven't received the confirmation # in order to proceed into the support system. And I already have a ticket #EST-45257-375, how do I see its status if I haven't completed the registration process?

As I just said, I've done that but still haven't received the confirmation # in order to proceed into the support system.

And your live chat support actually asked for my login password to my personal email when I told him I never got the confirmation #.

I went ahead and re-registered but the ticket above that we already got, isn't pointing to anyone's email so how do we check the status of it?

I still can't put in support tickets, and the log I just looked at shows that I have no tickets ever.
