Hello,

It's been over an hour now and the said server is unreachable. I have raised a ticket over an hour ago and no one seems care to action it or even respond to it. Anyone at Micfo, please look into the issue as the whole server is down, not just a single site.

It has been over two hours now and neither the server is up nor the support is responding. I feel helpless and very concern about my website database. :(

It is not offline per-se earlier today. The entire network was brought down to it knees from 10 minutes DoS attack inbound to few servers in our network, which caused most servers to be unreachable with 80% to 90% packet loss. It been identified and blocked at the router.

It was being targeted at 4 servers due to behind the scenes work in outwitting the hackers and blocking their attempts in hacking the servers recently.

Once again, Server Tokyo is not responding! Ticket was raised followed by a phone call. Yet, no action has been taken :(

As I heard from the support, more than one server is facing DDoS attacks. In the meantime, more than 10 websites that I manage (on different Micfo servers) are down!

Almost 5 hours and the servers are still unreachable. Shall we forget about our websites and their contants and look for alternative solutions? I've been with Micfo for almost 4 years and never faced such issue. I feel so sad.

i agree with Ali ,
Also I've been with Micfo for Almost 3 years,
i dont see this down times before with micfo for long time.

I Hope Micfo Team will solve all problems.

It is still being investigated, but due to 2 incidents of the one cab being disconnected from the network in 2 days, we suspected human error or foul play in this problem, due to the reports that the network cable first was cut and now disconnected from the switch.

We will know more on Monday once we get formal inquiry underway to have videos reviewed to see who been messing with the network cables that cause the one cab being disconnected twice in 2 days straight.
