1)Good Website Creation
2)A Latest Technology
3)Telephones Sales and Suport
4)24 * 7 Hour technical support
5)A List of Package Features
6)Server Location
7)Company History
8)Good Prices

What Else you expect from a Web Hosting Company. ?

Back up solution should be there, I feel Company History is very Imp to choose a Hosting, As it be an trusted one. Established at least 5yrs ago. What you think..?

Did you miss up time i guess Uptime of 99.9 % is most important thing that should be expected from the Hosting company

With the number of years in business doesn't count on the selection. To be really honest, we should check the companies reputation in the market and of course company reviews by their existing clients.

Among the services offered I will turn a company down flat if they don't support ssh for shell access and scp or sftp for file access. Secure access it high on my list. Live chat support is another feature high on my list. Another thing I like to see is good communication with the customer base and limited user loading of servers.

99.99% Uptime is really Imp, The company should be honest this really matters.
Also with good customer support, This makes a good relation with company for long term business.

I appreciate that people have started weighing uptime and support more than the price.People have now started to realise the importance of these factors.Web Hosts too strive to offer high quality service to the customers and offer good value for money.

Right... Webhosting businesses are getting more and more competitive now, hence to sustain in such overcrowded market all webhost have to offer excellent services, reasonable pricing structure and maximum uptime !!!
