is micfo getting out of my nerve?
Well, I believed I have sent several tickets/email to Amir's email address and billing department regarding my affiliate commission, and some is being forwarded to affiliate department. However, neither of my emails nor tickets has been addressed. So I get to the Livechat and talked to the staff, and had requested him to ask a billing admin to contact me directly to my email.
Look like my requests are being ignored, the support seems to went down hill. Can't see much activity from Amir itself here. I just wondering is the support being outsourced to another company and trying to squeeze any penny that from us while degrading the service?
