Before I purchase the hosting...

micfo.com is recommended by one of my friend.but he also told me the problems he has come across .So I want to ask you first.

One is the ip assign to him at the beginning has been block by Chinese ISP.He has to change to another ip, and that involved him in a good deal of trouble.So can I test and choose the share ip before I purchase?

And,he always miss emails from some specified domains.Why did it happen?and what is the solution?
