About changing domain

Hello any administrator out there,
I am a current free hosting customer, I've read from the last page,
that I can change my domain, by sending the application through PM
with nickname "Micfo". And I've already sent my application upon request with other required information to Micfo, but so far I don't get any reply.

Can some Admin give me any idea, is it possible for free customer to change domain now ?
