Micfo no longer concerned with its affiliates

I am very much depressed that i am a micfo affiliate.micfo no longer pays attention to its affiliates.
More over its tracking module is not working fine and its not tracking sales.i made three sales and it is not showing a single sale.Recently i referred my cousin to buy micfo hosting and to my surprise that sale was also not reflected in my affiliate account.This is extremely unacceptable.
Also i mailed affiliate department on 21 april 07 about the issue but i did not get any reply till now.
the ticket id is WBV-54546

i want to know what micfo is doing.Are they not concerned about us.Might be micfo is thinking that he is fooling customers but This is degrading the brand value of micfo day by day .
If you cannot track my commisions then please pay me the amount which i have in my affiliate account.
I need answer but don't take another year to answer.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I know in the past there have been issues with the affiliates program -- I was under the impression things were fixed but obviously not in every case. Amir and company will look into this and respond asap.

Delays in replies and many time no replies is destroying my trust on micfo.
I loved micfo very much.Many times my friends said that micfo is bad but i never pay attention to them.
But it really hurts when you refer a customer and never get paid.I created a ticket but i think micfo has deleted my ticket.
i need a payment for my recent sales.I even know her id at micfo.

I also cannot locate my ticket which i submitted.looks like some one from your staff deleted my ticket.if you want i can forward you ticket confirmation email to you.

I passed your information to our affiliate department and looks like you have earned $60 which is due. However as it states on our web site, you have to earn minimum of $100 in order for you to receive your payment.

If your issue is anything apart from this, please submit a new ticket and give me the ticket ID so we can assist you further.

To be fair it is the weekend and I don't think any departments other than tech support would work. Give it a few business days if possible?

Affiliate Department is only operational M-F. However I contacted the affiliate department supervisor on his cellphone and asked him to look into the ticket ID you provided, even though today (Sunday) is his day off :-)

You should receive a response very shortly.
