Micfo places new FEE for wired transfer

We used to receive a flat fee of at least $100 as wired transfer for affiliate commission, That’s no transfer fees exist, but lately When I asked for transferring my commission they deducted $30 as wired transfer fee.
First of all, I didn’t get any notification of this new fee,
Second, I cannot see this new fee reflected on affiliates FAQ or other documents, and I would like every body (if any ) to discuss this issue and at least get a justification by micfo.

Basically at the moment every month Micfo.com is paying US$ 7,000 just as the charges for sending the money via Western Union or Wire/Bank Transfer.

We have yet to make the announcement to affiliates. But we have secure our side as well. We are entitled to charge the transfer fee since these are extra expenses. That means for every sale we have to give US$ 80 commission:

US$ 50 customer
US$ 30 Bank/WU

At the moment we are unable to change this policy or send the payment via PayPal. Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter.
