Exclamation Improvements in Our Customer Relations - New Communication Tools

Hello,

We are developing and integrating a new communication tool for us to communicate more often with our valued customers in order to keep them up to date with the changes surrounding the company, upcoming events, promotions, scheduled maintenance, upgrades and such.

On default all the valued customers will be included within the mailing list and we will send the updates on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis depending on the scheduled updates and events.

In past we have received inquiries from you valued customers mentioning that you were not informed of certain events, including but not limited to upgrades, promotions, scheduled maintenances, migrations or updates. As a result any sort of announcement, scheduled maintenance/upgrades, upgrades and promotions, upcoming events and etc, regardless of the server you resist on, will be sent to ALL valued customers.

You will still have an option to 'unsubscribe', however if you chose to do so, we will no longer be held accountable should you were not informed of any upcoming changes or scheduled maintenances. We highly recommend you to NOT unsubscribe, as the notifications will be sent few times a month only.

This literally will improve our communication skills with you valued customers and you are always up to date on what's happening around Micfo.com. The new system will be launched in approximately 7 days which by then you will get an announcement automatically.

Please make sure that the e-mail address you have on file within the members area (https://members.micfo.com) and your cPanel control panel is current and a working one. We also highly recommend that within the members area you include your alternative e-mail address as there's a field for that already. This will increase the chances of you receiving all the notifications should one e-mail is not working for any given reason.

We have implemented the communication tool within our system and starting today valued customers will receive updates on everything surrounding Micfo and their accounts.

The first newsletter was sent out on August 2nd, 2007 updating valued customers on the new design, new support center and this communication tool.

Excellent new Amir, we do need an upgrade of communications as the previous system was quite erratic. Let's hope you'll get this one to work.

I have not received the first newsletter, but I have received empty support desk update message ID #15 from Russell three times today. I guess we are in a testing phase.
