Thank you for your understanding. As you may have noticed, this incident wasn't intentionally in slightest. This is due to the fact that our toll-free provider has been experiencing network problems during the past 2 weeks. Sometimes at middle of conversation the phone lines cuts off and our staff try to call back the customer using the caller ID.
As a result of this issue, we are changing our toll-free providers by the January 1st, 2005.
