Poor service - no support

Nothing works. None of the support links work.
It's impossible to submit a support ticket.

Tried via my Micfo account and via the links all over the site.
Nothing! ziltch. Blank page.

This forum is also a disgrace. Site images are not being displayed.
Red crosses everywhere. Get your act together.

Very poor Hosts indeed. The worst I've ever had the displeasure of using.

Perhaps someone would like to explain why an email account has had it's contents deleted, only two emails from 2008 remain.

The password for the email account has been changed.
Client found it impossible to login with the usual password.

An email sent to the account resulted in a request for validation yet the client has not set up any filters or responders.

In short the mailbox has been tampered with and emails deleted.
Password changed

Care to find an excuse for this.

If you haven't selected the option of "Leave a copy of the emails on the mail server" on your mail client, all the emails will be downloaded and there won't be a copy of the emails on the mail server. If you wish to have a copy of the emails on the mail server, you can select this option and a copy of the emails will be available on the mail server which can be retrieved later on.

If the password of the email account is not working, you can reset the password of the email account through cPanel control panel.

Please feel free to post if you need any further assistance.

Sorry, you'll have to find a better excuse than that.

The emails are not set to be deleted. They are set to be left on the server. Permanently.
Deletion of emails is only possible via direct login to webmail. No exception.

This would not explain why emails that had been read and saved/moved into a folder have also been deleted.

This does not explain why the password was changed.

Pathetic excuse.
