Submitting a ticket in that case is probably a security thing, and so that they have it on record in case they ever get told to change the password and it turns out it isn't the owner.
As for the phone line dropping, it sounds like they've still not got that fixed. I've never used the phone line (no way I'm paying the calls from the UK!) but I've heard various bad reports on the forums about bad quality and line dropping :\ Good luck finding another host. |

Yeah, I know, there's a group of us who have been waiting over three weeks for further clarification about a point in the Terms of Service that could mean we all need to find a new host :\
On the plus side, at least the servers now seem more stable than they once were, even if I keep having to report them running slightly slowly with server load at about 10

Now all I'd need is a mic and a Skype account Although considering how bad call centre places normally are with those headset microphones, can you image if I was running on a headset too - neither of us would be able to hear what the other was saying half of the time!
