Indecent backup service

When I signed up with Micfo in 2004, backup service was realiable and for free. I didn't use it anymore, but yesterday (march 29th) I needed a backup of 14th March, because my server was hacked. The tech support said to me:

1) I had to pay 20$
2) They only have the backup of march 28th!!!

I tjink this is not a good backup service. My site, here, is not safe as I tought.

It would be useful if Amir would post the current policy on how often backups are made and what it costs if one needs to use them, and to note any differences between shared and reseller accounts.
