Thank you for having subscribed to our hosting services. Over the past few weeks, our technical support team has noticed a decline in the performance levels of the server (Cambodia.micfo.com) on which your account has been created. The hardware configuration of the server itself is also a little old. Bearing in mind the current usage and essential future reserves, we have planned to move all the accounts hosted on this server to a brand new server box. The new server has the state-of-the-art Intel Q9300 series of processors with multiple cores! The new server's hardware configuration is as follows.

Processor:- Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9300 @ 2.50GHz
Memory:- 8GB with 8MB Cache
HDD:- 2 x 500GB HDD SATA
RAID 1
Dell PowerEdge(TM) Server Chassis

The new server IP is 69.65.42.3. The migration process in itself involves zero downtime. Your websites, emails, databases and all other components would be online at all times. If you are using the default name servers given by us, then you would not have to change them at all.

(In such cases, the website will be down for the time taken by the DNS to point to the new IP. This is generally not more than a few hours.) We are confident that the new server will only enhance your website's performance. If you come across any issue or problem, please contact the technical support department right away.
