Hosting Server Azadeh.

I cannot access my site. Is anyone else on Azadeh down?

My site is loading slow too. I send in a ticket and they told me they'll reboot the server...

it had this kind of issue the day before yesterday, I don't know what's going on AGAIN... -_-

I think there must be someone using high server loading things there, may be micfo should check and monitor those offending ones (personal suggestion).

I should say that the server is facing another terrible issue again, right now it is very slow... it has been many times like this since the day before yesterday as I remember, it is so annoying to have server issues again and again, when will we have a REALLY stable server?

And at this time, it is down, issue generated 2 hours ago (may be more.)...

well if this is an returning issue as you guys are suggesting it would probably be best if they move our accounts to antoher server.

They just replyed to my ticket. The server has been rebooted. Everything seems to be working.

Question...why did the server have to be rebooted?

I was with interserver.net last year, the server was horrible, it always down, but always I got replies were:"the server is rebooting", I hate that, really, I mean I am really afraid that here is coming the same issue. That is some users using terrible high source sensetive programs and cause the server down, and than spend 20- 40 minutes to reboot and get out the problem, imagine if it reboots very often...

That's just what I'm afraid, wish it is not needed. And wish the server keeps up really at 99.9%

Same here. I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come...I don't want to do through the hassle of finding a new company

It seems to be much happier today. My monitor logs show it was running real slow from about 9:10 to 9:40 EST but for the remainder of the day faster than at anytime for the previous week.

Once a spammer is found on server and monopolizes the resources available, we have no choice to suspend his/her account. But normally it takes 10-15 minutes to track down the spammer. Plus after its tracked down, 3-4 minutes is needed for the complete reboot to bring everything back to normal.

We are having an eye on this.
