VPS plans offered by Micfo

I noticed on micfo site that they are now offering VPS plans!! What a joke. It says they offer Fully Managed for the VPS. Manging a VPS is a lot different than managing shared hosting.

Charles, sounds very immature of you to comment about a service without having direct experience with it.

It's like me saying "Windows Vista and Office sucks!!! If previous versions had bugs in it, this one will suck as well. Vista is different from Windows 98 so how on Earth can they sell Vista?!"

Artashes - Its not the same at all. The hardware at Micfo (as in your example 'the product') is not the problem, it is the attitude and customer service that is the problem at Micfo.

Charles,

How much information do you actually have as far as managing VPS servers are concerned within our operation? Just also for my own information I also want to know on what server are you currently being hosted.

Sincerely,
Amir.

Exactly what Sheepdog said.
Anyway you said it yourself that you have been out for a year so how would you even know how things are going at Micfo????
Just going by your own words.

If you can change things around Amir that would be great but it will be a long road ahead though.
I wish you the best of luck in doing so Amir.

Artashes read what sheepdog wrote below your post to understand before you jumping on me about it. I am just going by what SEVERAL other customers have dealt which here at Micfo.

Did you read the entire reply given? I mentioned I was away ONLY from the forums and not the entire operation. I was continuously involved in day-2-day operation of the company.

Several does not mean everyone or majority. It's a known fact that out of 10 unhappy customers, 9 will comment on public forums and out of 10 happy customers, barely one will even post any comment.

Charles, me and my team are ready to take anything to get everything back on track and 'when there's a will there's a way'. Nothing is hard, nothing is impossible and we are going to put a lot of hard word, dedication and devotion into the company and our work to get things how they are meant to be. Long time is overestimate, results will definitely show everything.

Thanks for your kind wishes Charles.

Sincerely,
Amir.

From the Canadians statistics there is less than 10% of the unhappy customers that take the time to complaint and all companies would gain so much if their customers took the time.

There are the cheap hosting searching customers that would care only about the price and choose without to much attention of the complaints, many of them would not stay long with their host, others that do not search long before choosing their host and learn about it on the host forum and the problems they live and the others who would stay away of the host s that received to many complaints.

I certainly appreciate your input and no, Micfo is not among the companies that doesn't care about customers and is happy as long as there's enough profit. Customer satisfaction is definitely our priority now. We set the priorities differently now and soon all of you will notice the massive improvements.

There has been a lot of talking in the past and promises, but yet this time is not like the other times and we certainly are working hard on improvements.

Tell me what you exactly don't like about the new theme, coloring etc. and we will work on it to make sure you don't have to take Penadol every time you read our forums :-)

Sincerely,
Amir.

I read his comment and that doesn't change my view. You can't just base your personal opinion on someone else's. Simply have your own.

It is a known fact that white text on black background is more visible, but black text on white background is more readable. This is not eye grabbing publicity, it is a forum for communicating, so the readability should be priviledge.

Your FLUO green is almost the complementary color of magenta for the eye retina cones, a very agressive color. Light blue background have always been the best color for general public webpages.

Please, give an option to change the theme it is giving me a lot of eye stress and headackes.

Thank you!

We are working on adding an additional theme so valued customers can choose their preferred theme through the control panel.

Sincerely,
Amir.

I like the way the rest of the site is designed (other than the forums). I think matching the forum design to that of the homepage would be a far better idea and perhaps using this as an alternative design.
