In Trouble.

Good morning,

I have been with Micfo for almost 2 years, and loved them from day one, even with my rocky start. i just feel I need to vent. I am sort of disappointed in how micfo as a company, not one individual, performed their datacenter migration. I am an IT professional, and I am shocked they decided to migrate to a new facility, without building apples for apples the same servere setup they hosted in the past, and expect no issues. Did they not realize customers build applications, and service onthe web based on how their servers are configured and what modules are installed? Since my move from ESMAT (which I loved) to Aurora, I have lost various components of my site from the day of the migration.

Consider migrating us back to Texas or where we once were, and build these new boxes, and test them throughly. The issues i am seeing with my own site, would never fly in my job.
Your team is great, and I have faith, but i am getting frustrated.

Sorry to vent, but I didnt know what else to do. Please dont feel this is an attack on anyone person, its not.

I have been having timeout problems too on my server, but they didn't tell me it was due to spammers.

I have also been rolled back to August again for some reason, which has not been looked into as far as I know, for over two hours now.

I am on aurora too, and there was an issue with the php executable... Basically, if you start php from shell or cronjob, it was taking forever. Please do not get me wrong, it worked fine on the web, but standalone php execution was causing problems, hence cronjobs were timing out, i.e. if you execute the following from shell:

time php --version

it was taking 30+ seconds.
