Borked! - Ticket Submission

So yeah, it's not inserting my new ticket into the database. I'm not getting an email confirming the ticket submission. Yargh!

Anyone know why .rar files would suddenly want to display as ASCII text on my browser screen, instead of downloading? I even added a decent mimetype for .rar, no difference.

I'm assuming the MIME type was adding using cpanel - for apache?
I'd check to see if you have browser side MIME types for handling of these files?

Yes, via cpanel, for apache. There isn't a browser-side mimetype for rar, and I've never needed to have one before. Said files were downloading just fine yesterday.

I'll bring up Live Chat, but it bugs me that the support system is MIA.

I resolved my issue (mime types got totally fubared for some reason), but yeah, I still haven't received an email for those tickets, and they don't show up in my "view tickets" menu.
