Im Ticked Off

You know what? This really does suck. Sorry but I am very upset with micfo. It's fine if you pay by credit card but when you pay with paypal and have no credit card (like me), you end up getting suspended every month because the server thinks you haven't paid. You have to send a trouble ticket. WOW

This is the third month I've paid my bill via paypal and every single month it gets suspended. At first, when I paid my bill, I would send a ticket to let you guys know I have paid--that would go ignored. I get suspended and have to send ANOTHER one. I was told this wouldn't happen anymore since my account was switched to paying with paypal instead of credit card. What is going on?

Paypal Issues

Greetings,

I have instructed the billing department to modify the date of your account so that it send notice for payment a week before it is due so that it can update it before it get suspended.

Good to see I'm not the only one here with a billing issue and after all this time my thread is still here so rather than start a whole new one I figure I'd just add to this one that I am ticked off yet again because my account has been suspended.

Anyone have any explanation as to why? Yes, you were paid already, my invoices show ZERO balance. My bank account shows you were paid yet here I sit, email and trouble ticket sent as *urgent* waiting for a reasonable response to why my account is suspended.

I think for every day your account is suspended you should get an additional month of service free of charge so that you can save all of your work and find a more responsible host.

I've had it.

Invoices are generated every month on the date you signed up for your package and is due the same day. Also for your convenient the invoices are sent to the e-mail address on file for your own records. All the invoices must be paid within approximately 4 days from the date it was generated. Should you not make the payment, you will receive 2 reminders followed by the final reminder on the 4th day.

If you may have paid your invoices on time, the balance has been zero and yet you were suspended, then that's certainly an issue at our end which we will definitely compensate you accordingly. However I would like to get the ticket ID concerning the last incident to investigate this matter further.

You don't have to explain to me when a payment is due. You guys bill my credit card and I don't worry about it. I'll get you all of the ticket #'s from when this crap happened-Over and over and over again.

If you're the owner, why can't you just go and look at the tickets?

Those tickets are for each month I paid on time but you guys *don't realize* it and I've had my account suspended each of those times. The first two are the same.

Here we go again. I paid through paypal and sent a ticket letting you guys know that I paid and you guys were just waiting for it to clear. My site was up and running until this morning and I had to send another ticket letting you guys know that I paid, the payment cleared and to remove the suspension. UGH!

Now you guys want the ID # of the payment. Look in your paypal account under bitchybrat. DUH! I'm still suspended. Why do you guys wait until AFTER the payment clears to suspend? This makes no sense. Don't worry either. As soon as I've found a GREAT webhost I am leaving micfo forever.

Are you making your PayPal payments using checks or instant transfer? The payment will not be posted in your account unless it's cleared by your bank and paypal. We cannot post the payments in advance for payments that are not cleared.

Hey, that's fine. I understand that the payments can't be posted before they clear-however, once the payment cleared my account was suspended.

Anywho, I've found something better and so I wish you all the luck. This is just not worth the hassle.
