Thanks GhostRider2110, Micfo-Brad, I have found out that you can email directly to
support@micfo.com, and as long as you mention your account and user name, they'll open a ticket for you.
Following this initial contact we have been able to restore my access to the support tickets on micfo.com web page, so all is now good again.
I'll have to get equipped for live chat for the future. With regards to telephone support I am not sure how practical that is as I am quite far from the US (in Australia). Also I had to provide copies of error messages, email headers, etc... hard to do by telephone.
